SEATTLE -- On Monday, two Puget Sound-area men filed a civil lawsuit against the Boy Scouts of America and its Seattle chapter for sexual assaults they say they suffered as children by an assistant scoutmaster in Kent, Seattle attorney Tim Kosnoff said.
